It is funny how many things this blog entry has to do with me and things I am interested in.
It combines art design, filmmaking, GenCon, and a movie director Seth Polanski I met there.
I found this podcast by Pencil Kings who interviewed Seth, an IP lawyer about fan art like the kind I saw at game conventions. This can also be applied to shirts designs.
GenCon has so many shirts and shirt designers. But, so many seem to be of other companies copyrighted stuff. I have wondered how they get away with it.
Is it possible to get a licence for other's copytighted material?
Seth touches on these topics and others.
